Return & Refund
1. In order to avoid mischief, please refrain from cash on delivery. We do not accept cash on delivery under any circumstances.
2. If you are returning the product for your own reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. After returning the product, please provide us with the return slip (contact number).
4. Please contact us to confirm before returning the product.
5. If you return an item after trying it on, we will refund the product price (tax included) excluding shipping charges, handling charges, and gift wrapping charges, as well as the domestic return shipping fee (shipping charges, handling charges, and gift wrapping charges will not be refunded).
6. Please try on items indoors with the item tags still attached. When returning items, please return them in the original packaging with the item tags still attached. Also, for head-on items, please try on items with a scarf or similar covering your face and head. For swimwear and underwear, please try on items while wearing your own underwear. For shoes, please try on items while wearing socks or stockings.
7. We do not accept returns or exchanges for used items. The following items are considered to be used.
Items with wear or damage that could not be caused by trying them on (wrinkles, dirty soles, scratches on the soles, etc.).
Items that have smells of perfume, tobacco, etc., or makeup stains such as foundation on them.
